4. Participant Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully with all facilitators and other participants.
We reserve the right to remove anyone from a program—without refund—if their behavior is harmful, discriminatory, or disruptive.

We value privacy, but confidentiality in group settings cannot be guaranteed.
You are responsible for choosing what you share, and you must respect the privacy of others in the program.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, videos, worksheets, methods, and digital content are the property of Followell Leadership.
You may not copy, share, republish, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
Your purchase grants personal use only.
7. No Guarantees
Our programs are designed to support growth and leadership development, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or performance improvements. Your progress depends on your own effort and implementation.
8. Technology Requirements
You are responsible for having the necessary internet, devices, or software to access the program.
Technical issues on your end do not qualify for refunds.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:
Losses or damages arising from program participation
Business, career, or financial outcomes
Technical interruptions
Third-party platform issues
Your sole remedy if dissatisfied is to discontinue use of the program.

Any reflections, comments, or personal insights you choose to share during mastermind meetings or coaching sessions remain confidential within the group.
