Lead the Year is a three-month bundle built around the Followell Leadership Series, where we’ll move through the essential new-year progression of Reflection, Vision, and Focus. Each month of the series is dedicated to one of these topics, giving you the space, structure, and support to build real momentum.
As you establish a clear direction for 2026, you’ll also take part in monthly mastermind meetings with guided exercises that deepen your growth, strengthen your vision, and keep you accountable. You won’t just define where you’re headed, you’ll have the follow-up, support, and mindset shifts you need to stay aligned with it all year long.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
A full three-month enrollment in The Followell Leadership Series for December, January, and February.
Reflection (December): A month devoted to looking back at decisions, patterns, and performance with honesty and clarity.
Vision (January): Training that helps you define direction, create intentional goals, and set a clear path for the year ahead.
Focus (February): Tools and frameworks to help you narrow your attention, eliminate distractions, and build disciplined follow-through.
